"Opinion: I had a dearly loved one pass and had an awesome experience with staff and received 3 of the necklaces I ordered but little did I know that I would have to call around to the police station and see if the ashes were on hold 6 months later claiming they didn$0027t have her urn. When I was able to pick them up in a box the day they called me and I had to pick them up before noon that day. They claim I still owe money yet I have payments that show they owe me money. And here I am 3 1/2 years later with no urn and most of my jewelry still not here. They told me it was because they need the full amount I owed to make the order when I covered the "ending total" twice and received no change. I would no recommend them to anyone."
