  "Opinion: Up front service was good. But the makeup of my wife was a very bad job. The funeral home in Abilene TX had to redo her makeup. This was very hard on me and her son Larry to see her in this condition. We gave them a picture of her that we would like to see,no respect"

  "Opinion: I$0027m extremely emotional and very upset. My mother passed away on the 14th of sept, they were given a picture of my mother so they can make her look like in the picture. My mother then was flown to Texas and today the 20th we went to see mom what I saw was horrible. It was so bad looks as tho they just threw one color thick n heavy makeup on her face not even close to the picture we provided to the funeral home. The image of my mother the way she was hurtful and there was no thought or caring went into Mom appearance. Yes the gentlemen came out to our house, we also went to the office, and sent the picture via email. I showed him also the picture and just didn$0027t seem in my opinion he cared. Bottom line, this was going to be the last time we see our love one for me My Mother and seeing her like that was traumatic, the gentleman we were working with asked if we could take a pic of her face . That comment broke the camel back. How dare you ask for"
