"Opinion: When our sweet 7 year old guinea pig, Nanners Rose, suddenly passed, Family Pals provided an amazing cremation service. They were so incredibly kind to my husband and I, and walked us through every step. The drop off and pick up process was very quick and they did not rush us at all at drop off. They even got her paw and nose prints for us. They made this hard time in our life a lot easier. We cannot thank you guys enough for your kind words and services. Family Pals really made us feel supported."

"Opinion: So amazing I thought I had cried all my tears!! When I picked Bella up and saw how very beautiful and personal every little thing you did. The paw print some of her hair and the lovely box she is in I was overwhelmed. For 14 years she was the most loving companion your service was perfect!!💕💕 …"
