"Opinion: We experienced a sudden loss of my dear aunt, and we live halfway across the country, Ohio to Colorado. From the moment I stepped off of the plane, I was in contact with Dustin. He had all of the necessary forms that I needed in my email before I even landed in Colorado. My aunt was taken care of with such care and quickness that I am certain there couldn$0027t have been an easier process. When you$0027re grieving, it$0027s easy to forget or overlook details, but Dustin led me and my family through the process with compassion and grace. We were in town for four days and in four days, I had my aunt$0027s ashes ready to drive back home with me. I cannot thank Dustin enough, such a good man."
