"Opinion: I wouldn$0027t in my wildest dreams of thought I could putmeet such a nice man. Gerald was so helpful from the alife to the end. First of all after the initial phone call to him we had to change the time to meet him 4 times. Without irritation or showing it if there was any. We finely met with him he filled out the quick and easy paperwork, he very sympathetic and kind all the way through. Letting ;me know if she had a favorite blanket I wanted her wrapped in it was ok and I could leave her there that way get theq blqaqnk$00271qetq back or quit could go with her either way was no. He didn$0027t mind that I loved on :her more cried my eyes out and said goodbyehe would of allowed me to take as long as I needed the cost was absolutely fair. The lil box she came home in was hard plastic and shiny very nice I opted out of buying the URN. But even with that package it$0027s still a very fair price. Had I not been cremating my absolute best friend of 17 years that day I would say I had ae fantastic xperience but that$0027s what I did. However Gerald made it the best possible experience he could possibly make it. He told me it could take 3 days to a week and I believe it was 5 days later I received Babygirls ashes."
