  "Opinion: I regret doing this and the company doesn$0027t honor its warranty gaurantee. First of all, my dog looked nothing like himself. The pictures posted online and positive reviews are misleading and must be fake. My beautiful boy was supposed to be in a sleeping position on his paw, but he was returned with half of his face smashed in and not resting on his paw. It was really upsetting to have to deal with these people. After only a year, he has started deteriorating and attracting bugs in my house that are eating him causing holes. This wasn$0027t supposed to happen as they claim the animals are properly dried and preserved which they clearly are not. They provided no maintenance instructions other than keep him dry which I did and this still happened. I very much regret doing the preservation especially with this company. Eddy Wildlife Studios staff were terrible and not truthful. When I asked why the results were so bad I was told he was taken off site to a trade show (while he was supposedly drying) and that people loved how he looked. Then when I said well you didn$0027t obtain my permission, she then retracted her statement saying that she just wanted to see my reaction. The only thing they offered was to return him to them after sending many pictures and videos of the deteriorating condition per their request. They are just trying to find ways not to honor their warranty. These are not good people sadly and do not stand behind their services."
