"Opinion: I mostly spoke to Wally and he was great to deal with. Very respectful of everything out family was going through, but also very much on top of getting done what we asked him to do for us. When I spoke to him a couple weeks before my Dad died, he told me what to expect as well as gave me some insight into things I hadn$0027t thought of. When Dad did die, everything went exactly as Wally had explained and I was very happy with everything they did for us."
