"Opinion: The overall experience was compassionate and respectful. The Urn was beautiful and exactly what my family chose. The only downside was it took over a week to get my beloved Mother out of the hospital morgue and to the crematorium due to a glitch in the electronic transfer of a signed contract for a few days which held up my mother$0027s body from being transported to the crematorium in a timely manner. Otherwise, everything else went through without any issues and Mom is back at home until my family can make the final arrangements. I do recommend Rich$0027s Funeral Home/Direct Crematory Services for their overall handling of my Mother$0027s final wishes with the utmost care and respect she deserved."

"Opinion: No one enjoys going through times like this, but these folks are the best! I never felt rushed or hurried and was treated with such respect. I was so impressed, I recommended Direct Cremation to my best friend who lost her Mom not 30 days after my brother$0027s passing. God bless you all, and thank you for everything. ❤"
