  "Opinion: In the past few weeks we’ve had multiple issues with the Diamond Hill veterinary clinic and I’ve noticed they posted this sign in their office. There must be something seriously going on with the care if they got a post to sign like this saying you can’t talk bad to my people why are people talking bad if there’s bad service people talk bad, that’s what we’ve noticed. We’ve almost lost one of our dogs because of the missed decision that they made we ended up going to multiple other doctors because of the delay and have more than $4000 now invested in our pup because of misdiagnosis. I have also stopped into the office after all this has happened ask the doctor to give me a call or or ask for a meeting. She has never called me back. She has never responded at all."

  "Opinion: One day I needed a Vet for my dog quick; as his condition worried me and it was agressively advancing. I called my regular Vet, but they couldn$0027t get me in for 9 days. I$0027d been with them for five years. I called Diamond and got in the same day. I was worried now, that they might not be good, as they were so available. Contrare! These people are amazing. The phone never stops ringing, the ENTIRE staff are truly angels with unending patience. The Vets are great, thorough; just top of the line. I talked to most of the pet owners while waiting and they all praise them as highly as I just did. I hate to bring attention which may cause me to vie for my next appointment, but professionalism of this caliber demands recognition."
