"Opinion: Kelly Sprouse is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to this company. I very kindly asked for a status update on my uncle’s cremation as it has been over a month since he passed away. We paid for the services 17 days ago and they still don’t even have his body from the morgue yet. Wish I didn’t have to even give one star. Kelly should not be in this line of work."

"Opinion: I must admit, I was worried because the price was very reasonable. But after consulting the hospice people, they recommended Crown Cremation Services. I spoke to Kelly, every time I called. I wasn$0027t transferred to others. I spoke to Kelly. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Don$0027t let the price scare you. We are very happy with the services that were supplied. Thank you Kelly."
