"Opinion: Extremely helpful and professional service from the entire staff! Mark and Marcy made this challenging time much easier with their support and assistance. Having a prepaid arrangement and burial plans from our father was a godsend, this left no doubt as to what we needed to do to meet his wishes. Having dealt with upselling and pushy tactics at other funeral homes, the straightforward, professional service we received was refreshing. Thank you!"

"Opinion: DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM! Crevasse$0027s prices were the best I found around Ocala, without any "extras" or confusing information. But above all, Mark was truly kind and treated me with patience and consideration for the circumstances. It was very refreshing that the focus of our conversations was taking care of my loved one and not the financial transaction involved with it. Thank you Mark for your kindness and all your help during our family$0027s difficult time."
