"Opinion: Working with the Cremation Society of East Tennessee was a great experience. Their website is extremely helpful, clear, and easy to use. They offer a number of options and the prices are competitive. When I had a question, the owner personally responded very quickly to make sure I got my answer. Communication from them was timely and proactive throughout the process. All of those factors made making arrangements from out of state a breeze. It$0027s clear that they care about providing excellent service for customers who are invariably experiencing a very difficult time in their lives. I would absolutely recommend them."

"Opinion: Despite the circumstances, this place was amazing and very professional. I dealt with Bryan and he was quick to answer all of my questions. I even had his cell phone if I needed more information. The place was very clean and peaceful. The prices are lower than other places and that helps in circumstances where this was not expected. I would highly recommend."
