"Opinion: The whole interaction was beautiful. The staff was caring and empathetic to my loss. The price was amazing and I am happy that hospice recommended and I chose Cremation Societ Of Berks County to cremate my beautiful mother. They did such a wonderful job with her and kept me up to date on the whole process. I had my beautiful mother$0027s ashes back in a week. I want to thank Shelby for her dedication and being such a caring individual."

"Opinion: I cannot say enough kind words about the staff and their compassion --- they showed me patience and kindness and understanding when I needed it most during the difficult time after losing my precious Mom. I’m grateful to have had an option that was affordable as losing someone is difficult enough but when you add on everything else, it can become overwhelming fast. They answered my questions and were willing to work with me to ease the worry and stress of our loss. My experience with them is something I consider a blessing and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only guidance but warmth and compassion. Thank you Cremation Society of Berks County! Will be forever grateful."
