"Opinion: Absolutely horrific experience. They care about money first, euthanasia next! I brought my horse thinking, as the Dr (Radcliffe) said, “they are in the business of saving horses”, but that couldn’t have been farthest from the truth. We lost our beautiful girl and are devastated. The doctors did work really hard…..at convincing us to give up on her. We paid extra to have her cremated ALONE. We got an email saying our gelding (HER ashes) would be delivered to us in 3 business days. The problem….they mislabeled her in the system as a gelding. Are we getting our girl back or some other horse? Heartbreaking. Please think twice before going there."

"Opinion: The entire staff is amazing, cannot say enough about them. Dr. Irvy is superb in her care and explanations, had no worries about my girl while she was there."
