  "Opinion: We contacted Tom about our dog he thought we was trying to scam him cause we had a issue with her weight. We was just at hospital early in morning and traumatized at loss of our baby. I mentioned I was told her weight was 15pounds thought was In pounds but I did not believe it to be accurate as our dog is bigger bread. Turned out it was kilogram not pounds the animal hospital went by. He would not believe us and was acting like was trying to get a cheaper price. We was not concerned of price we was only looking for faster service to get her home with us sooner. I guess because I wanted just basic box so I can transfer her to another urn with more detail he thought we are trying to save money. That$0027s not the case Tom and I know you will read this. You may have the right sir to turn down people but the way you treated us on the phone even after we reached out and even had vet call you of our simple mistake was not professional at all. You might have a clean place and do a great job. I understand your need to be sure the pet is correct but you could have more understanding and compassion specially after someone spent whole night crying over the loss of their beloved pet. You sir was wrong for that. Your people skills is not as good as your work ethics. I hope you will treat others in future in more compassionate way! I$0027m again sorry you was WRONG! Like you I have the right to tell others as you have right to not help us in our time of need.
