  "Opinion: Just want to say me and my family received service from this place that I don’t wish on anyone. Our father had passed away both me and my brother living in two separate states. So three states involved. We had decided to cremate our father, well not only was his body cremated so was his personal belongings that had been told could be shipped to us. All because a “new worker” was the one that did the cremation. Our last personal belongings of our loved one a wallet, cell phone. Which in the wallet was personal information, cards and cash. When I received the call from Robert I wasn’t made aware of this happening. As my dad’s daughter I should have been made aware by him myself instead of him breaking the news to my sister in law. So my brother had to be the one to inform me. When I called to speak to Robert, I told him that this was “ridiculous, and I would like to make sure this careless mistake doesn’t happen to another family” He said.. I wouldn’t say it’s “ridiculous” No words, money or anything can replace these personal belongings. Robert’s did in fact take the cremation down from 1,700 to 1,400, but that doesn’t change or help the fact we’re at a priceless loss that we will never get back. Please think twice if you’re in this line of work. Not only has my family took a huge loss, this just added to the heartache."

  "Opinion: Mr. Robert Daniels is truly amazing. He is definitely not in the business just for money. He kept us updated on every step. He stayed after hours two days in a row for us. He cleaned my brother up just for us to see him. He thinks about the family and they hearts. He definitely kept us up lifted when we was around him. We thank you for all you did for our family!!!"
