  "Opinion: I had never gone through this before so I was anxious when my mom passed about how to go about cremation and whatnot. Jim was immediately helpful in walking me through the process. They were more affordable than anywhere else so I wanted to talk with them first to make sure I wouldn$0027t regret going "cheap" and they were so warm and welcoming that I did not regret it one bit. Jim was very communicative and accessible. One thing I would like to mention is that if your loved one was on Medicaid or had other circumstances that may qualify them for assistance, you could be able to get assistance from the county for this. I did not know this until AFTER I paid and they do NOT reimburse. You must apply for this prior to signing with the funeral home and they pay the funeral home directly. I wanted to share that info in the hopes of someone else not making that same mistake I did. No one tells you these things!"

  "Opinion: My dad passed away early morning on 1/1/22. They were able to pick him up quickly. I called around to several places, CDACS was about $800 cheaper than the lowest quote I got from the others. Financially, this took a huge load off of my shoulders and gave me one less thing to stress about. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. While my dad was in NY, I live in GA, and they were kind enough to ship his remains to me. I$0027m grateful they made things easier for me during a hard time. I highly recomment them."
