  "Opinion: There are not enough kind words to express the compassionate service my family received from Kelly during the completion of the funeral arrangements for my grandmother. Kelly was kind, patient and empathetic while communicating thoroughly to my 91 year old grandfather what was included in the preplanned services and what little needed to be added at the time of passing for my grandmothers cemetery headstone. Kelly went above and beyond to make this difficult life experience as effortless and bearable as possible. Thank you to the Brookside staff for making my family feel like their family during this process. My grandfather has set his end of life arrangements with Brookside as well and while no one is ever ready to say goodbye to a loved one, knowing his arrangements with be met with as much care as my grandmother$0027s was, will be a relief for my family."
