  "Opinion: We had a very difficult situation when it came to our boy, Archer. They walked us through the process of letting him go peacefully and comforted us throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they loved on Archer and made him as comfortable as they could. Archer was our little boy and one of the greatest love in our lives. Dr Anderson and her staff basically held us through every step of the way. It has been a very fragile time in our lives and having a team of loving and caring people that supported and showed us so much compassion, helped in the most important and meaningful ways."

  "Opinion: I reside in Minot, ND. I would gladly drive the almost 2 hours each way to see this doctor and staff. The facility is exceptional. The staff is clearly skilled, extremely professional, and care about the people and animals it takes on. I was denied care at a vet in Minot because my dog has fear aggression. This staff and doctor was so good at what they do, not only did my guy never growl, bark, or try to bite BUT when they brought me back to get him from the tech, he was just standing there, calm, leash under her foot while she pecked away at the keyboard. My dog had the best behavior and was the most calm he has ever been at a vets office (no medication or sedative provided). That should tell you something about the facility and its staff. So long as I reside in Minot, I will be driving to Bismarck simply because the service and standards of this doctor and her staff were just that exceptional. The best experience I have ever had at a veterinary clinic/hospital. Winston says thank you!"
