"Opinion: After our family vet retired (love you Dr Doug) we didn’t know what to do. So many vets weren’t taking new clients or couldn’t fit us in for months! Finally a coworker recommended Billings Family Animal Vet and we could breathe easy again. They got us in same day, their staff was so kind and compassionate, the vets were incredible! I also feel like it was pretty reasonable with prices, they were never trying to bleed us dry with money. It meant so much. I forgot that the vet could be a good experience for everyone involved! Love this place forever. Photos of my tri-paw’d dog being happy included."

"Opinion: I am from out-of-state and staying in a hotel. I woke a sick pup. Billings Animal Family Hospital got him an appointment first thing this morning. Every person I talk to was friendly, kind, considerate! Such a great vet experience. Thank you, staff for all that you did for me and my little guy."
