"Opinion: I called to setup an appointment as a new customer. The woman on the phone was very rude, informed me it would be at least three weeks, and they require a $55 booking fee in order to schedule. That$0027s ridiculous. I$0027ve never paid to schedule a vet appointment anywhere. Needless to say I$0027m going to another vet."
