"Opinion: I called to make an appointment as I$0027d had to take my cat to the emergency vet a few days prior. They said they weren$0027t accepting new patients at this time (no problem with this). I mentioned it was most likely going to be a one time visit as we$0027d be putting our cat to sleep. The lady on the other end of the phone asked me "why didn$0027t you just put your cat down when you were at the emergency vet?" I told her because she$0027s a member of the family and we were trying to do all woe could to save her life...This is without a doubt one of the most insensitive questions I$0027ve ever been asked by a vets office. If the front end staff is lacking in compassion I have to wonder how the staff providing the care feels. I$0027d recommend that you explore all of your options before choosing this provider..."
