  "Opinion: I$0027m not even sure where to begin. My cat was 17 going on 18 when I had to put him down. A very hard decision to begin with. The day shift staff was very short and kinda rude. Overnight shift staff was a complete difference in kindness and empathy. It$0027s very pricey and it took over 3 weeks to get my boy back even though he was cremated 3 days after being put down. That just seems unnecessary. I$0027ve never had to go through this before and wish the process had been easier with more empathy from staff."

  "Opinion: My review is based on whoever they use for cremations. My dog’s paw print didn’t even look like her original paw. I had an image of it which I got myself before dropping her off and the one I received from them didn’t look the same. Made me question them a bit, but maybe they tried to fix it or just pressed too hard to try to get it in mold. Sad thing was that there was no way to get it fixed because my little girl is already gone. Would have loved to be able to have that as memory, but doesn’t seem like it’s part of her"
