"Opinion: I live out of state and was unable to attend a dear friend$0027s memorial service for his dad. I bought flowers and paid fees through the funeral home website to ensure they would be delivered to the memorial service. I received an email confirmation that it would be delivered on time. I just received a phone call 8 days later letting me know that they just received the order due to the holidays and would be happy to deliver tomorrow. I find this unacceptable."

"Opinion: From the time we walked through the door at Barkes Weaver & Glick planning my wife$0027s funeral we were guided gently and treated with total respect. We didn$0027t have to think of what we needed to do, they did it for us. They took charge and created a beautiful funeral service. Our family thanks Barkes Weaver & Glick from the bottom of our heart for every thing they did for our family."
