"Opinion: When my nephew died unexpectantly, a friend of my sisters recommended Balboa Cremations. I can$0027t express fully how fantastic they all were during this difficult time. They were easy to reach, communicative, and very empathetic. Jennifer took my numerous calls and was very understanding when complications with family took place. I would *highly* recommend."

"Opinion: My brother lived, and died, in La Jolla and I found myself trying to find out what to do from the UK. I was recommended Balboa Cremations by the hospital’s department of decedent affairs and I am so glad I acted on that. Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful in helping me through the whole process and made it a lot easier than I feared. Because my brother had family and friends in 2 countries we decided to have his ashes put into 2 containers so that I could bring one back to England. It was really straightforward and Jennifer was happy to facilitate this. I can unreservedly recommend Balboa Cremations for their compassion and efficiency at such a difficult time."
