  "Opinion: Jacob did an outstanding job in assisting me and my family with the funeral arrangements for my husband from the initial appointment to the day of my husband$0027s celebration of life. Everything turned out beautiful. Jacob contacted Las Cruces First and Masonic to make the arrangements with them. He was very helpful and took his time with our family while we made the best choices. Throughout the process, Jacob was very patient and very understanding in the process of completing the obituary with the many changes and the back and forth emails. Again, he was very patient and understanding. If I had any questions, Jacob would always take the time to answer them and always made sure that he was available to assist you. If you called to speak to him and he was with a client, he would call you as soon as he was available. He would always respond to emails in a timely manner. Jacob always has the right words to say. Jacob has always been the person to assist us in funeral arrangements for our family and he has always gone over and beyond. It$0027s nice to know that you can count on someone like Jacob when you are faced with this very difficult and heartbreaking situation. The individuals who assisted Jacob on the day of the celebration of life and the burial, were also very pleasant and compassionate. I highly recommend Jacob and would insist on you requesting his services when you are faced with having to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. He is very kind and compassionate and puts your mind at ease during such a difficult time."
