"Opinion: I chose ATX Cremations after seeing them recommended on Reddit and reading their reviews. What stood out to me were comments about them being very communicative. Leticia definitely delivered and even exceeded my expectations. She made the process as easy as possible, reached out to me at every step and was just so sweet throughout. There are less expensive cremation services in Austin, but I was happy to pay a little extra for the peace of mind that came with knowing my dad was in good hands."

"Opinion: Losing someone is of course one of the hardest things anyone has to go through but ATX Cremation helped so much during this dark time. Leticia was our cremation specialist and she was amazing. She always contacted us with relevant information in a timely manner. She answered all my questions and gave me assurance that everything was going to be okay. The way she even spoke about our loved one showed us that he was going to be taken care of during this process. The respect and care for the family during the private goodbye was also so appreciative. Our family is very grateful for the support, guidance, service, and care we received from ATX Cremation and Leticia. Thank you for helping us during this very sad and hard time. It will not be forgotten."
