"Opinion: I cannot put into words how helpful and supportive Mallory was with the recent passing if our dog. Our sweet girl passed in the wee hours of the morning. At 8am I called and spoke with Mallory who said she could be at our house by about 10am (from Marshall to West Asheville). She was so kind, so respectful, so patient. Thank you so much Mallory for making such a difficult time that much easier. Your handling of our sweet girl helped so much. Her custom wooden urn is beautiful and the paw prints are perfect. Thank you thank you thank you!"
