Name: Nicole Slap
"Opinion: Vet technicians were extremely helpful and kind. But the veterinarian Dr. Krakoff, that works there has no compassion for her patients. If it$0027s after 4 pm she will refuse to help any animals. Even if it$0027s an emergency. She only cares about her paycheck."

"Opinion: The team here is really nice and responsive. I don$0027t know all the vets but Dr. Vigil is extremely conscientious and caring. He followed up with our sick doggie with a personal phone call and was genuinely concerned about her well-being. You can$0027t fake that kind of compassion."
