"Opinion: We have taken our pets here since 2010. Always compassionate, understanding, and friendly. Gave us time to be with our pet in the chapel as long as we needed. I highly recommend them because I trust them and their professionalism allowing me time to grieve."

"Opinion: If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I lost my dog 3 weeks ago. I was told 7-10 days was the wait. I never received a phone call or her ashes. I’ve been playing phone tag with them ever since. Every time being promised she was going to be delivered the next morning first thing. Horrible customer service! This has been the worse loss of my life and dealing with company has has made it so difficult. You should not treat people who grieving with such disrespect."
