"Opinion: A nurse at the hospital right up the street from here recommended that I have my twin girls sent here for cremation. I absolutely recommend this place 100% to anyone needing service. Suzanne was absolutely amazing and helped me so much with everything, I can’t thank her enough. Definitely recommend going here and talking to Suzanne. She went above and beyond and I appreciate everything she has done, if it wasn’t for her then I wouldn’t have my girls home with me."

"Opinion: I wanna shout out Suzanne. She was amazing from day one. Me nor my nieces mom have ever delt with funeral nor cremation let alone two tiny baby’s. My nieces mom was in so much shock and grief she couldn’t deal with the plans to cremate her girls. And so I called Suzanne and she welcomed me with arms wide open. No grieving mom should have to deal with the financial stress of cremating a baby let alone twins. Suzanne waived every fee. Ammen funeral home thankfully cremates baby’s for free. Or we honestly wouldn’t have ever been able to afford to bring my nieces home. She emailed me when she had my nieces in her care. All the questions we had she answered in a heartbeat. She even went out of her way to make sure we had the girls hand/feet print as their momma never got to hold or meet them. Instead of a grieving mom having to answer any questions. She called me and spoke to me even tho I’m over 1000 miles away. I will forever be thankful and greatful for all Suzanne has done. And asking us if there’s anything that will help make this grieving process easier, but what she hasn’t realized is she the one that made this process easier and grieving journey easier. We love you so much Suzanne thank you from the bottom of my heart. We’ll never forget you. And you making it possible that my best friend has her babies in her arms! ♥️"
