"Opinion: I was worried at first as my former veterinarian is no longer with All Pets but I received excellent care from Dr Shoman. She knows what she is doing. Thanks for all you do!"

"Opinion: I made an appointment for a stray kitten that i found and they told me there would be a $39 holding fee but did not mention to me that it was non refundable. I called and cancelled the same day because I was able to get in faster with a different clinic and when I called and asked about a refund they told me it was non refundable. If you are not going to be refunding a holding fee at least say so at the beginning instead of being sneaky about it. Another clinic that I called at least refunds the holding fee if you cancel within a timing manner."
