"Opinion: I want to thank the whole staff for their empathy and compassion during the most difficult time for our little family. Lucy was such a light in our family and her leaving us unexpectedly was heartbreaking. I’m glad we have her back home with us with this beautiful paw print and poem. I’m not going anywhere else in the future. Thank you again for everything 🩵"

"Opinion: Care and compassion. We lost our senior dog last week. To say I was distraught is an understatement. My husband and I brought him to all paws and the staff was beyond amazing. They were kind, gentle and caring. The staff member assisting us walked through all the packages and didn$0027t try to up sell us at all. We came in on a Thursday and Hans was ready on Saturday."
