"Opinion: Cody is very kind and compassionate. He came and picked up our cat well after hours. A pleasant experience during a time of sadness. Thank you."

"Opinion: It did not go well. Unfamiliar with water "cremation" we were not informed, despite two previous extended phone contacts with Nicole. This only option was not explained until we had drive quite a distance with our beloved decreased dog. We proceeded ahead and two days later our boys$0027 remains were ready for pickup. Nicole expressed no condolences or sympathy for our loss. She remarked "sorry" but everyone knows about water cremation. No. Not everyone does. It was never mentioned."
