"Opinion: We lost our poor cat after a year of stuggling. The vet was very empathetic and treated the animals far better than the humans. I do mean this in a good way. The vet can be a rough around the edges for preventive care and expects all the things everytime. Many of us are on a budget and can’t really afford that for ourselves even. But I think that’s everywhere, the staff are pleasant but judgy as to what services we decide to decline. At the end of the day though she and her staff treat our loved ones with respect and dignity even in the end of life."

"Opinion: We are traveling in the area by boat, so needed a vet near Frankfort. Called every vet in the area, all too busy or not taking new patients. Left voice mail for Dr Cerro, who called back and fit us in same day. Promptly took care of Skipper$0027s ear infection and gave meds to treat it. Very reasonable prices. Very thankful for her help."
