  "Opinion: Very kind, calm, and professional. It was done peacefully. I know we chose the best option with one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. She helped us as much as anyone possibly could have during one of our saddest days. I appreciate her driving an hour away to help us on a holiday weekend."

  "Opinion: When we had to make the decision to let our 14-year-old boy Jack go, we wanted to let him pass at home rather than stressing him out with another ride to the vet - he had been hospitalized overnight at the vet due to his kidneys a few days prior. He had come home with us with a follow-up appointment scheduled; however, not long after we brought him home he continued to decline. He did not want to eat at all, move at all, and barely left the bed we had set up for him in our master bathroom, where he chose to stay the majority of that time. We knew from his actions and the way he looked at us that he was ready, and we wanted to relieve him of his pain. After doing some thorough research online and reading reviews, I contacted All About Restful Pets and left a voicemail. Bonnie called me back shortly after, and from the first contact with her, I knew we were in good hands. We got an appointment set up for the next evening with Dr. Gina Sarnelli. Dr. Sarnelli arrived on time and was extremely patient throughout the entire process. She spent almost an hour and a half with us, letting everything happen according to our comfortability. She talked with us and asked us many questions to get to know Jack, such as if he had any favorite toys, beds, things he liked to do, etc. We were each able to give him his last "shoulder walks" around our backyard, which he always loved, before we settled into a spot in the grass. When we were finally ready, she clearly explained what to expect every step of the way; and let us take our time as to when we were ready to go from the initial injection to the one that would take Jack over the rainbow bridge. She calmly let me know once he had, gently shaved around one of his paws so she could make clay and ink prints, and then took her bag out to her car to give us as much private time as we needed to say our goodbyes - it took me a while especially, but she didn$0027t come back until my boyfriend went to tell her we were ready. When she came back, she wrapped Jack so gently into two blankets and gave me the option to carry him to her car, which I did; she then gave me a few minutes to cry and say my goodbyes before she left with him. I picked up Jack$0027s remains last Friday, and he is back home. Through this extremely sad, emotional, painful experience, the genuine care, compassion, and lovingness shown by All About Restful Pets helped ease the pain as much as it could. I cannot say enough good things about them, and highly recommend their service to anyone that has to go through this process."
