"Opinion: Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The doctors are amazing and so kind. They explained prognosis and treatment where you could understand and be on the same page. They helped me several times when I was learning how to give my bearded dragon her injections. Janna, one of the nurses, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She updated me on my gal whenever she was sick and even came in on her off day to be there when I sent Sriracha over the rainbow bridge. This isn’t just a job to them. They care so much."

"Opinion: My cat got sick for the first time in 9 years and we were treated with more care and compassion than we have ever experienced at any vet before. Dr. Frederick knew exactly what to do and did an excellent job with communication during and between appointments to figure out what was going on. My cat has never been more comfortable in a vets office. The front desk staff is always sweet as well!"
