"Opinion: The staff here provided excellent end of life care for our dog, Nugget. Despite Nugget$0027s attitude towards vets and other people, they were always very willing to work with his needs even to the very end. Baileigh was our vet tech during Nugget$0027s last appointment and she was gentle and empathetic throughout the entire process. Initially I was going to make clay imprints of Nugget$0027s paws but the process of it was a lot to handle after Nugget had passed. I asked Baileigh if she was able to do it after we left and she agreed to, despite it likely taking her more time. She didn$0027t have to, but she went out of her way to give our family a piece of Nugget to keep. The imprints were picked up when we received Nugget$0027s ashes and they are beautiful."
