  "Opinion: Exceptionally rude staff at the front desk/vet techs. When we actually spoke to the vet, she was very kind and informative. While I understand the benefits and efficiencies that come from not allowing people to come inside with their pets, their customer service flaws or just complete lack there of suggests they simply don’t care about your business. Scheduling is nearly impossible and they charge you for just requesting an appointment...yes that$0027s correct, for requesting an appointment not for actually scheduling it. Definitely an establishment that doesn$0027t care about you or your pet. The only reason this place is in business is because of the massive demand for veterinarian care in Anchorage. I feel sorry for the vets who work here because they sit behind the wall that is created by a terrible business structure and operation."
