"Opinion: I am so thankful and appreciative everyone at Abbey Glen. We had major trust issues with the vet that euthanized our dog. There was such miscommunication that I did not feel confident that they sent Abbey Glen the right dog. Kayla was amazing and coordinated for me to come down before he was cremated to ensure they had my guy. They were beyond respectful and helpful. They were able to cremate him that same day and I found a ton of comfort in getting him back home with us after a very long and stressful week of not knowing where he was. The ink prints and clay paw impression came out so nicely and is something I’ll treasure forever. Thank you so much for helping him and us find peace."
