"Opinion: They made a difficult time so much easier. They were kind and patient, and the process was smooth, all online and over the phone. They were incredibly compassionate when I picked up the urn. I’m grateful for them."

"Opinion: Everything went VERY smoothly concerning the service that A Basic Cremation offered. I would have given a 5 Star rating except when we went to get the remains I was a bit taken a back that we were in a warehouse area and the place was hard to identify, even though we had the address. We didn$0027t know what door to go into and just wasn$0027t what we were expecting - I thought it would have been more of a chapel looking place and it$0027s not. It also had a strong smoke smell, but..... The people are so very kind both in the beginning when we were setting this all up and at the end when they brought the remains out. So sweet a group. Thank you"
