"I've been using Altitude for years for my cats & dogs when it comes to standard appointments & grooming. They've always been wonderful. But today, I am thrilled with the care we've received. My 8 week old puppy fractured his leg late at night. I called after 11PM in a total panic. They called back a little over 15 minutes later. The Vet I spoke to was very kind & helpful. It wasn't a true emergency (he wasn't dying & was stable) & could wait until the AM, so we brought him in first thing. The Vets & staff have been INCREDIBLY helpful, knowledgeable, & kind. Answering our million questions, putting us at ease, etc. Even going as far as getting a 2nd opinion on surgery before moving forward, which we deeply appreciated for the sake of our growing puppy.
