"I just lost my dad 4 weeks and 3 days ago. I couldn't find an urn locally that I was happy with. I found this company online and called. They were so polite, friendly, and helpful. They helped me make all the decisions over the phone and even gave me a visual of how big the urn would be. I am so happy with the urn. Having my dad's picture to look at in a nice frame box is so nice. I like that it doesn't look like an urn. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of grief when things are so hard.
