From the first interaction and every interaction that followed, there was only kindness and patience on the other end of the phone. Brad and Jake each explained what we would need and reinforced they would be there when my brother passed. They were and it all went exactly how they had explained. My emotions were a bit raw from the loss of my brother, but it felt when I called them that they were truly supportive and helpful and they even went above and beyond by explaining what I needed to carry some cremated remains on a plane.
