When I met with Nicholas at the Funeral home he was willing to include my brother in with the process even though my brother lived over 90 miles away from the location. We placed my brother on speakerphone and Nicholas very professionally spoke with each of us as the need arose. He explained every step of what we were choosing to do in this process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was able to advise us on ways to cut cost as much as possible in this difficult economic time. On the actual day of the funeral, JJ and Victoria met us at the graveyard and helped this to be a smooth transition during our time of loss.
