"My cat peed herself on the way there. When I arrived, I asked staff for supplies to clean myself, her and her carrier - they lady told me to have a seat and they would get me supplies “once I went back.” I watched as urine dripped from the carrier all over their sitting room, hallway and examine room which no one sanitized. The vet tech gave me dry paper towels. Finally, the vet came in and showed me to the “employee only restroom” where I could wash up."
