"I started going to this clinic in 2017 after adopting my first cat from a local shelter. As this was the recommended vet I trusted that they were the ones to go to. After my experience recently I have definitely figured out why this is no longer the shelters recommended clinic. The wait time was unbelievable, called back and waited over an hour and a half. The vet and her “‘minion” as I’ll call him claim it was because of an emergency. There absolutely was one, sitting in my room I heard the call come in and listened to them tell the caller to come in. I could tell you exactly how long it took them to get there.. 20 more minutes. The emergency didn’t take place prior to me being at my appointment but that’s what the vet will tell you. I can assure you I will no longer be coming to this clinic. I have found another one in town that is MUCH better and more affordable."

"This has to be the slowest vet in town. I had an appointment at 11:15 i was thinking that we were going to get in early being I was called back at 10:48 it is now 11:46 and still have not been seen. So if you don’t have all day to wait I would definitely find somewhere else to go."
