"My mother was sent here for cremation services. My sibling arranged everything. We all live out of state so a portion of her remains was to be shipped to me and a portion to my sibling. Same for her death certificates. After not hearing from them or receiving anything for about a month I reached out via their website. I didn’t receive a reply, however the next week I received her remains. They weren’t sealed well and remains dusted the outside of the box and got on my countertop. About a week later I received multiple death certificates. My sibling didn’t receive anything. I’m very disappointed."
