"2nd EXPERIENCE, July 2022: service has gone down since my last interaction here. We had to have our 2nd dog put down & didn't hesitate to use them again after our first time was so great. Appreciate this place coordinates with the vet to pick up, so that was nice. However, 2 weeks went by and we hadn't heard anything. When I called the lady I spoke to was kind enough & apologized. When we spread the ashes a few days later, I realized we didn't get our dog back - all the paperwork said it was her, but I know it wasn't because there was a collar d-ring in the remains and we took her collar off before leaving her. This was heartbreaking, especially after paying for a "private cremation"."
