"I can't say enough amazing things about EVERYONE that works here. Melissa, Ben, Blake, Alissa, they where all absolutely amazing and we could never thank them enough. They delt with us for a week of asking questions and trying to get everything in order for our girl. Poor Melissa listened to me cry on the phone each time I talked to her barley being able to talk and she was so patient with me trying to spit out the words I needed. We used the comfort room they offer, it was clean, smelt good, and nothing like a clinic room, it was comfortable for both us and our girl Zoey. Which ment the absolute world to me. They had the most patients and care for all of us not just our pup. We also did the Aquamation they offer. I'm the person that asks a thousand questions but they where there with every answer I needed to ease me through it all. We just picked up our sweet girl yesterday, and the love and care that went into the urn and other memorable items just melted my heart and I am forever grateful knowing she was still taken care of with so much love. "I cannot rave and brag enough about Faithful Hearts and Furever Faithful Pet Aquamation. This entire team makes over of the hardest things in life go as smoothly and easily at possible. They are BEYOND patient, understanding, compassionate and empathetic. I have used their services for both of my boys, Breez and Tuckerman Paw. No one ever wants the day to come where you're having to consider your baby's declining quality of life and having to consider or even think about euthanasia. The simple fact that Faithful Hearts offers mobile services to provide in-home euthanasia is a HUGE convenience and ensures you're beloved fur baby is able to pass over the rainbow bridge in the comfort and familiarity of their own home surrounded with love. From what I found, the prices are relevantly comparable to vet offices who provide same services in-office. Not to mention the afterlife care is taken care of all by the same compassionate people and using the newest and most environmentally friendly aquamation process. The clay paw print, fur clippings, nose ink prints, and personalized wooden box / urn are all just the cherry on top. I cannot say enough how much I highly recommend this wonderful team!!!"
